Since the early 2000s, Dr. Bush has founded and led multiple credentialing and educational organizations serving tens of thousands of professionals globally. Her work has consistently focused on standards, accountability, ethics, and verification—long before these concepts became urgent issues in the digital creator economy.
Dr. Bush holds advanced academic training from Harvard Medical School (professional programs in resilience, mental health, and behavioral science), earned her undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University, and completed her graduate theological and doctoral education through Newburgh Theological Seminary, where her doctoral work focused on applied counseling and structured transformation models.
Known for designing systems that balance rigor with accessibility, Dr. Bush brings a rare combination of academic credibility, operational discipline, and long-term institutional leadership to VanderMark. Her role centers on standards oversight, review integrity, and strategic governance.
Ava Kinnett — Co-Founder
Ava Kinnett is a co-founder and operational leader at VanderMark, bringing strategic execution, systems thinking, and modern platform fluency to the company’s infrastructure.
With experience across digital operations, credentialing workflows, and client-facing systems, Ava plays a central role in ensuring VanderMark’s processes remain efficient, secure, and scalable without compromising review quality.
